Prices:

• A reservation fee of $150.00 is for use of the facility for up to 3 hours.
  Additional hours are available @ $40.00 each.
• $10.00 per person will include a beverage, dessert, appetizer and a full tour of the house.
• $7.50 per person will include a beverage, dessert and a full tour of the house.
• Additional Appetizer & Party Trays can be ordered. Call for selections and prices.

The reservation fee is required as a deposit at the time of booking. Menu choices and number of guests must be finalized 5 days prior to your scheduled event, after which no changes can be made. Deposit will be applied to total due, but is otherwise non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
